The Village breaks ground!

RiverMead is pleased to announce that the ground had been broken on the future site of The Village. RiverMead celebrated this historic occasion on Friday, December 2nd with an official ceremony and party that included members of the RiverMead Board of Trustees, project stakeholders from construction, architectural and design firms, RiverMead residents and future Village residents. The 30 million dollar project is expected to take 15 months to complete.

The Village is currently 75% reserved and the Marketing Department is taking deposits for the remaining homes. The Village is a fresh, intimate campus built on 33 wooded acres directly across from the RiverMead campus. The Village includes 30 spacious apartments with underground parking, 10 free-standing cottages with basements and two car garages and 20 assisted living suites. Additional amenities include:
