The RiverMead Fitness Center is a 3,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility. Our specialized fitness programs focus on meeting the health goals of our residents. Each resident is provided opportunities to keep physically active so they can live better.
Our fitness team encourages a culture of inclusion and works with each resident according to what fits them. Through education and facilitation, we strive to enhance individual wellness through coaching and multi-modal exercise including mobility, mindfulness, strength training, cardio and power training as well as group exercise, all with certified instructors. Some of this includes outdoor sports and activities. But above all, we have lots of fun staying healthy and active.
