Join the RiverMead Waitlist Program!
The RiverMead Waitlist Program was created to provide peace of mind and a future plan for prospective residents. Even if you plan to move to RiverMead years later, joining the Waitlist early will give you a chance to acquaint yourself with our community and residents. We organize events and programs specially designed for our Waitlist Members throughout the year. Please watch the above video to learn why our members, Jodi and Tim, decided to join our Waitlist.
To join the Waitlist, you need to pay a $2,000 refundable deposit and a $500 application fee. You'll be in the good company of over 145 current waitlist members. Based on your waitlist application, we'll add your name in chronological order and contact you when an apartment, villa, or cottage that suits your preferences becomes available in your desired timeline. If it's not the right time, don't worry, you'll remain in the same position on the Waitlist, and we'll inform you when the next one becomes available.
