Our Recent Ice Cream Social!
On Thursday, July 6th RiverMead residents, waitlist members, and guests were greeted by one of the year's hottest days so far. It was the perfect day to come inside and sit in the air conditioning while enjoying a cold ice cream. This didn't stop everyone though, some braved the heat and sat on the patio under the shade of the umbrellas. Genuine connections were made as old friends reconnected, and new friendships were formed between current residents and prospective residents of RiverMead.
The culture of RiverMead is that of an outgoing nature and a willingness to meet new people. At a place like this, there is no wonder why the blending of different personalities works here because everyone here is so welcoming and eager to know everyone else. RiverMead attracts all sorts of people from different places and parts of the world. However, together we can feel connected, and on this day, friends shared ice cream and good memories and refuge from one of the hottest summer days so far. There will likely be many more events like this to come so we can continue to open our doors to everyone.
