Carrie James

Carrie James is the Director of Human Resources at RiverMead. She holds a master's degree in HR management and an undergraduate degree in psychology. Prior to joining RiverMead, she worked at ConVal School District and spent most of her career providing human resources support in school districts. Her primary responsibility is to plan, direct and manage all human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, recruitment, retention, and professional development training.

Carrie is passionate about working for an organization that supports meaningful causes, which is why she chose to work at RiverMead. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and has two kids who are in college.
