Dan Moore

Daniel Moore joined RiverMead in 2023 as the Assisted Living Transition Counselor. Daniel brings years of knowledge and experience in the healthcare/rehabilitation field to the position.

Prior to assuming his role at RiverMead, Daniel worked in the healthcare system, initially working in occupational therapy in skilled nursing, hospital and inpatient rehabilitation, and then serving as the rehabilitation intake coordinator for an inpatient rehabilitation facility. He has experience with marketing, utilization management, quality improvement, patient safety, falls prevention and delirium prevention. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s of science from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and an Associates in Applied Science from the River Valley Community College in Occupational Therapy. Daniel is board certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

At RiverMead, Daniel assists the Director of Marketing and Community Relations with the planning and facilitation of resident transitions, as well as direct admissions to the Assisted Living and Memory Support neighborhoods.
