Jen Skelton

Jen Skelton, RN, CDP is the Director of Nursing at RiverMead. Jen works alongside the Health Center Administrator, to develop and implement policies and procedures, recruit, hire, orient and assign health center staff.

Jen grew up in Pasadena, California, and has lived in Fitzwilliam, NH, for 23 years. She has three adult children; one is local, and two are on the West Coast.

Jen worked at Emerson School in Fitzwilliam before becoming a Registered Nurse in 2010. She started her nursing career as a floor nurse on the overnight shift. Her clinical talent and leadership skills have quickly moved her into a charge nurse role then the Director of Nursing role at American House Assisted Living in Keene, where she has worked for twelve years. She is also on the board for the New Hampshire Association of Residential Care Homes (NHARCH).
