Jennifer Balcar
Meet Jennifer Balcar, the Life Enrichment Manager at RiverMead's Assisted Living and Memory Support neighborhoods. Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in Memory Support and Life Enrichment in the Healthcare Field. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Washington University and completed an internship at the Alzheimer's Association of Spokane.
As the Life Enrichment Manager, Jennifer plans and implements all life enrichment activity programming in the Health Center. She coordinates residents, volunteers, and Life Enrichment Specialists to provide physical, social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual activities and programs.
Jennifer lives locally with her husband and two young children. In her free time, she enjoys reading and gardening.
