The Assistant Director of Culinary Services, Nancy Johnson, brings over thirty years of experience in the culinary services field to RiverMead. Johnson has been with RiverMead for over a decade and has an extensive catering, culinary, and management background. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and is armed with the knowledge and skillset needed to succeed in her position.
Nancy plays a vital role in ensuring that independent living residents have an enjoyable dinner service. She guides a team of twenty to do their best work and be good stewards of supplies and the physical plant. Although her responsibilities revolve around dinner every night, there are always variables and challenges that she must adapt to.
She is grateful for the friendships and relationships that she has built and enjoys the sense of comradery and community that are inherent in our culture.
