We are thrilled to announce that we are now offering our residents Tembo Health's telehealth services. Our residents can now receive medical evaluations directly from their apartments from board-certified physicians for conditions like cough, falls, rashes, UTIs, and other medical concerns.
At RiverMead, we provide a full continuum of care, and our residents have an array of health and wellness options including around-the-clock nursing care in our assisted living and memory support neighborhoods.
Using Tembo Telehealth, our residents can contact a physician anytime, day or night, which helps them to be healthier and safer while avoiding unnecessary emergency room visits and lowering out-of-pocket costs. We are dedicated to providing our residents with exceptional options for their health and wellness and this is another great tool for them to utilize.
