RiverMead is accepting applications for the following positions:

Director of Health Services: Responsible for implementation and monitoring of ethical standards, and best practices for care and health-related services; provides general oversight for therapy services on-site through a contract with an independent provider; works with staff on optimal outcomes, focusing on achievement of residents’ goals; monitors the care continuum and ensures quality resident-directed healthcare services throughout the community.  Other major functions include vendor selection and contracting, clinical staff selection, in-service training, supportive staff coaching and leadership, continuous quality improvement initiatives, state licensing and survey processes, budgeting and on-going budget compliance.

Current NH RN license (or reciprocity-eligible license in another state,) BSN preferred, minimum of 5-7 years progressive clinical management experience delivering quality resident care and services, minimum two years long-term care experience, preferably in a CCRC setting.  Knowledgeable in budgeting, financial reporting and analysis.  Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.  Computer proficiency, well-organized project management, independent thinker, and collaborative decision-making in a team-oriented environment.

In-depth knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations.  Advanced degree a plus.  NH Nursing Home Administrator license, or the ability to obtain, preferred.
