Will joined RiverMead in July of 2021 as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. He brings years of experience working in both retirement communities as well as in Higher Education. Previous experience includes work as the Senior Human Resources Specialist at Antioch University and the Human Resources Program Manager at Deaconess Abundant Life Services. Will has great experience in the full life cycle of employment from recruitment to retirement and has been a Title IX Officer, EEO officer, and did extensive work in higher education as a member of the Anti-Racism Task Force.
Will has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and attended Harvard University for his undergraduate degree in Archaeology and Social Anthropology.
Will resides in Peterborough, New Hampshire, where he and his wife Sandy are raising their two sons Oliver and Nathaniel Dooley.
